Miyabi Wright

Miyabi Wright was born in a family of dancers, and started tapping at the age of 3. When she was 7, Miyabi moved to Japan with her family and started training in street dances like hip-hop, house, waacking, and voguing at her parent's dance studio in Okayama, Japan. At 17, she moved back to New York to live with her grandmother and study dance in high school at the Brooklyn School for Music and Theatre. She has done print work with Fresh Empire's "tobacco free" campaign, MTV VMA's ORBIT commercial, and the Nickelodeon HALO Awards 2016 and is a member of the Ladies of Hip-Hop.
