Pilates/ Restorative Stretches

Pilates teaches students how to prevent injury and target pain and muscle-tension by building a strong core, increasing flexibility, and using props such as blocks, balls, and foam rollers to stretch and self-massage. The tools that you learn in these classes will improve your everyday life and add range and balance to your dancing.

Restorative Stretches offers a new way to stay moving and increase flexibility. “Moveology” practices are for everyone, from adults working at home looking to stay active to seniors looking to increase mobility through movement. Class will consist of exercises that can easily be adjusted to each individual’s ability and space while engaging the entire body and improving range of motion.
